"2nd Friday of the Month" Social
The Central Florida Chapter has been meeting since 1994. The monthly social meetings are the primary medium for getting the chapter together and providing an informal forum between industry and our military services.
The Central Florida Chapter of Quad A hosts a social meeting every 2nd Friday of each month from 1630-1900. The meetings are held at Frogger's in Oviedo in the Publix shopping center located at 27 Alafaya Woods Blvd, about 4.5 miles North of UCF on Alafaya Trail.

The social meetings are sponsored each month by industry partners. There is a nominal admission fee to which covers beer and wings for yourself. This is a fund raising event for the chapter and a 50/50 raffle is held to provide funds for the chapter Scholarship Fund.
This is a great way to end the hectic workweek and network with friends and business associates. We hope to see you at one of our socials soon to support Army Aviation.

Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament
The annual golf tournament is hosted to generate financial support for the Chapter scholarship fund. This tournament has been held in conjunction with the AUSA sponsored Army Ball since 1985. Additionally, this past year we were honored to host the golf tournament in conjunction with the AAAA National Convention, held in Orlando this past year. This event had 144 participants and was the best organized and most successful tournament held to support the AAAA National Convention.
All proceeds for the golf tournament go to the Central Florida AAAA Scholarship Fund. Individual entrants are welcome and will be teamed by the tournament committee.

The tournament is held in June of every year. It is held in conjuction with the Annual PEO STRI Training & Simulation Industry Symposium (TSIS) event hosted by NTSA on the Friday immediately following. It is held at one of our fabulous local courses located in Orlando Florida. Format is a 4 Person Captains Choice Scramble with several prizes including:

Longest Drive (male/female)
Closest to Pin (male/female)

Diamond Sponsor: $5000 – Tournament Sponsor to include four foursomes, four hole sponsorships, (two on front nine & two on back nine) Company Logo Sign at registration desk and on drink carts and other negotiated items.
Platinum Sponsor: $750 - Two foursomes, two hole sponsorships, (one on front nine & one on back nine)
